What You'll Do
- Analyze marketplace metrics and user behavior data
- Create dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
- Identify trends and opportunities in the data
- Work with product team to measure feature performance
- Support operations team with data-driven insights
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze results
- Build predictive models to forecast growth
- Present findings and recommendations to the team
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly
- Experience with statistical analysis
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketplace or two-sided platform analytics
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques
- Experience with A/B testing
