Description of Service

Cruise is a digital marketplace platform that connects drivers with auto repair shops. We facilitate the booking of automotive services, provide pricing information, and enable secure payment processing.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as necessary
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Use of the Service

Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

  • Search for auto repair shops
  • Book service appointments
  • Make payments for services
  • Leave reviews and ratings

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code or malware
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Bookings and Payments

Service Bookings

When you book a service through Cruise:

  • You enter into a contract directly with the auto shop
  • Cruise acts as a facilitator, not a service provider
  • All service terms are between you and the auto shop
  • We are not responsible for the quality of services provided

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for services booked.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual auto shops. Please review each shop's policy before booking. Cruise may charge a service fee for cancellations as specified at the time of booking.

Reviews and Content

You may submit reviews, comments, and other content. By submitting content, you grant Cruise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content. You represent that your content is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cruise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRUISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cruise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
