What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies for driver and shop acquisition
- Build and nurture our community of users through events, content, and engagement
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Work directly with shop owners to onboard and support them
- Engage with drivers to understand their needs and gather feedback
- Plan and execute local events and community initiatives
- Manage social media and content marketing efforts
- Track and analyze growth metrics to optimize strategies
- Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or community management
- Experience with marketplace or two-sided platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with social media and content creation
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Passion for building communities
- Local market knowledge (Connecticut area preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience in the automotive or local services industry
- Event planning experience
- Experience with analytics tools
- Graphic design or video editing skills
- Experience with CRM systems
