About the Role
Join our operations team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our marketplace. This is a great opportunity to learn about marketplace dynamics, work directly with shop owners and drivers, and contribute to our mission of transforming auto repair. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist with shop onboarding and support
- Help manage customer inquiries and support tickets
- Monitor marketplace activity and identify issues
- Assist with quality assurance and shop verification
- Help coordinate events and community initiatives
- Support data collection and analysis
- Assist with content creation and social media
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
Requirements
Must Have
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for startups and technology
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Nice to Have
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Experience with customer service
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms
- Local to Fairfield, CT area
